Our Story

Veteran Respiratory Resources was established by veterans who experienced firsthand the critical role medical gas supply plays in patient outcomes. After years of service and careers in healthcare logistics, our founders recognized a gap: VA facilities deserved a supplier who understood their procurement requirements, compliance obligations, and the stakes involved in every delivery.

We built this company from the ground up with that mission in mind — assembling a team of certified gas technicians, regulatory specialists, and logistics professionals who share a commitment to the veterans we serve. Today, we supply VA medical centers, community-based outpatient clinics, and veteran-focused healthcare providers across the country.

Veterans in healthcare
"We didn't just want to supply medical gases — we wanted to build the kind of company we wished existed when we were serving."

— James R. Holloway, CEO & Founder

What Drives Us

Mission First

Every cylinder we fill, every delivery we make, and every test we run is in service of veterans receiving the care they earned. That mission never takes a back seat.

Uncompromising Compliance

We operate under the strictest federal standards — FDA, DOT, USP, and CGA — because our customers' patients and regulatory obligations demand nothing less.

Reliable Supply

Medical gas shortages are not an option. Our logistics infrastructure and inventory management ensure VA facilities never face an interruption in critical gas supply.

Full Transparency

Every product ships with complete documentation — certificates of analysis, lot traceability, and compliance records — so your procurement and compliance teams have everything they need.

Certifications & Compliance

Our operations are audited, certified, and maintained to the highest federal and industry standards.

Our medical gases meet or exceed the purity and identity requirements established in the United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary monographs for each gas we supply.

CGA Standards Adherence

We follow Compressed Gas Association standards for valve connections, cylinder handling, storage, and safety — ensuring compatibility and safety across all VA facility piping systems.

NFPA 99 Healthcare Compliance

Our bulk installation and supply programs are designed in alignment with NFPA 99, the Healthcare Facilities Code, governing medical gas and vacuum systems in healthcare settings.
